Fan reaction: Red October spells long winter in Cincinnati (Associated Content)

If you're old enough, you may remember the great Cincinnati Reds teams of the 1970s. Led by the likes of Joe Morgan, Johnny Bench, Tony Perez and Pete Rose, The Big Red Machine made four trips to the World Series ('70, '72, '75, '76) and fell short in two other seasons in which they made the NLCS (73, 79). Minnesota Twins spring training schedule (Associated Content)

The Minnesota Twins are a team that is enriched with the history of baseball. The team started in Kansas City in 1894 as a Western League team. In 1901 they were moved to Washington and became the Washington Nationals (Washington Senators). The team was immortalized in Damn Yankees. What makes the Twins interesting to me, and why I am a fan is that there is just so much history associated with the team. I am not able to attend Spring Training this year, but I have attended spring training for other teams.
